Practising lawyer. Member of Barcelona Bar Association. He specialises in civil and criminal law.
He is the manager of the Procedural Law Department. He handles the legal management of all kinds of court proceedings, especially in civil and commercial cases, as well as economic criminal cases. His work includes claiming unpaid amounts, mortgage foreclosure, collection of bills of exchange, challenging contracts, civil claims of all kinds and challenging corporate resolutions. Furthermore, he has extensive experience in civil liability and insurance law, representing for many years the Spanish subsidiary of one of the most important insurance companies worldwide.
In criminal law he has undertaken an important activity in white-collar criminal procedural practice in various jurisdictions at different levels. He advises and defends companies and its managers in a wide range of regulatory and criminal affairs.
In family law he specialises in complex procedures of separation and divorce affecting individuals with important patrimony.
Bachelor of Law from Universidad Abat Oliba (Fundación San Pablo CEU). He has completed the following courses: New Civil Procedure Act (Esade), Course in Civil Evidence (Barcelona Bar Association), Conferences on Civil Liability (Barcelona Bar Association).
