Practising lawyer. Member of Barcelona Bar Association. He specialises in company and commercial law and in sports law.
In the field of sports law he has extensive experience in the disciplinary field, having been a member of the Appeals Committee of the Royal Spanish Skating Federation and he is currently a member of the Disciplinary Committee of the Barcelona football team RCD Espanyol. Furthermore, in the private field, he advises sports marketing companies from the United Kingdom and from Spain in the sale and purchase of online and offline rights, as well as in the search and activation of sponsorships.
In corporate and commercial law he has extensive experience in the dissolution and liquidation of companies, advising the companies to undertake an orderly process towards its extinction and securing the liabilities of its governing bodies. Additionally, he advises companies in its ordinary course of business, intervening in any phase of a corporate entity.
Bachelor of Law from Universidad Autónoma de Barcelona (UAB-1996), Postgraduate Qualification in Leadership and Management of Sports Entities from Universidad Pompeu Fabra (UPF-2007). In the academic field, he has collaborated as associate professor in the Postgraduate Qualification in Leadership and Management of Sports Entities from Universidad Pompeu Fabra (UPF).
